What you bring to the first session
- Honesty
- An open mind
- Willingness to share
- Preparedness to make a change
What we work on
Goals and values
So you know what you are moving toward.
Habits and routines
So the change holds on an ordinary Tuesday.
Time management and accountability
So the week does not swallow you.
Triggers
Recognising them and responding on purpose.
Boundaries
And how to say what you need.
Insight into action
Because insight on its own changes nothing.
How it works
Book a free 15-minute discovery call
Pick a time that suits you and it goes straight into Giselle's calendar. The call is on Google Meet and costs nothing.
Find out if we're the right fit
The discovery call is for both of us. You get a feel for how Giselle works, and she gets a clear picture of where you are at and what you want to change. If coaching with her isn't right for you, she'll tell you.
Book your first session

What people get wrong about coaching
Does coaching replace a psychologist?
No. The psychologist treats the diagnosis and we work on the practical grey areas, as the added perspective.
Is it a fix in one session?
No. It is a process and some weeks are slow.
Does the coach do the work?
No, you do. You carry the pack, you walk the path.
Is coaching for everyone?
It is not, and I will say so if we are not a fit.
